27' Travel Trailer

This trailer has been used for only three short trips. It is in excellent
condition. Everything works, everything is clean, and it includes a lot
of extras. Even the floor is still shiny and the carpet is not worn.
The trailer is 29 1/2 feet long (including ball hitch; inside it's 27'),
dual axles. It has a full-length awning, slide out living/dining area
with couch and chair and a wood four-chair
dining
set. The
kitchen has a stove/oven/microwave,
refrigerator/freezer, and wood cabinets. There is a queen size bed, and
bathroom with toilet and shower. Storage under the bed, two closets in
the bedroom, one in the hallway between the bedroom and living area.
There's a 27" color
TV with VCR, AM/FM/CD player, solar panel for recharging the batteries,
two skylights, much more. It has two
propane
tanks
(which I think are about full).
It's part of an estate sale (for my mother-in-law).Take a look

List on these trailers is over $32K, but we are asking only $24,950 $19,450.
There is also a 2003 Ford F250 V8 Diesel 2WD SuperCab (4
door) that can easily tow the trailer. The truck only has 22K miles,
and is in excellent shape.

the truck, including an electric brake system, power everything, AM-FM-CD,
cruise control, tilt steering and more. Gas (er, diesel) mileage is around
18mpg. The engine has lots of torque for hauling or trailering.
The truck has the trailer/camper package (no shell). There is

truck is about $29K, dealers
