Digital Choke	an action that is sometimes needed for your computer; also a short techno-story available here.

I live with my wife and two of three children in a rural area outside of Sacramento, California (USA). My oldest daughter is married, with two cute children of her own. I work for a governmental agency in Sacramento as the Senior Information Security Officer. I've co-written several computer books (mostly out of print now), and a fictional story about the collapse of the Internet, called "Digital Choke".
